  • Spare parts

Replacement parts for machines in service, including obsolete parts and those with long lead times.

  • Reverse engineering

We start from your existing part, measure it and build the CAD model to reproduce or improve it.

  • Custom CAD design

We develop the part from your requirements, designed from the outset to be 3D printed.

  • Prototypes and short runs

Functional prototypes to validate a design and short production runs, with no investment in moulds.

Robot grippers, guides, guards and housings for automated cells and lines.

Why MGC3D

One technical contact, from the first measurement to the finished part

  • Speed

We work to reduce line stoppages. If a machine is waiting, tell us and we will look for the shortest possible lead time.

  • In-house design

We do the design ourselves. If a dimension needs adjusting, we sort it out without relying on third parties.

  • No minimums, no moulds

One unit or a short run. There is no minimum order and no mould cost.

  • All in one place

Measurement, design, printing and delivery, without coordinating several suppliers.

  • Direct contact

You talk to the person designing your part, with no intermediaries.

  • Confidentiality

Your drawings and models are used only for your order and are not shared with third parties.

How it works

Four steps, with a quote approved before we make anything

  1. Send us the part or the drawing

A drawing, a CAD file, photos with dimensions or the part itself. Tell us what it is used for, too.

  2. Design

We prepare or adapt the model and send you the quote. We start making it once you approve.

  3. Printing

We print the part in the right material for its use and check its dimensions.

  4. Delivery

You receive the part ready to fit. If it needs an adjustment, we review it with you.

FAQ

What people usually ask before requesting a quote

How long does a part take?

It depends on geometry, size and quantity, so we give you the lead time with each quote. If a line is down, say so in your message so we can prioritise it.

Which materials do you use?

We choose the material according to the operating conditions: loads, temperature, contact with oils or chemicals, and finish. Tell us where the part will work and we will recommend an option before making it.

Do you make single parts?

Yes. There is no minimum order: you can order a single unit or a short run, with no mould cost.

Which file formats do you accept?

We prefer STEP because it keeps the exact geometry. We also work with IGES, STL and 3MF, and with drawings in PDF, DWG or DXF. If you have no file, photos with dimensions or the part itself will do.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Your files and data are used only for your order and are not shared with third parties. If your company requires it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any documentation.

Can you reproduce a part with no drawing?

Yes. With reverse engineering we build the CAD model from the existing part, even if it is broken, as long as enough of it remains to reconstruct it.

How do I send you files?

By email or WhatsApp. The form on this website only accepts text, so you can use it to explain your case and send us the drawings or photos afterwards.
